On June 1st, Qatar Airways is set to commence flights from Doha to Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The airline will utilize Boeing 787-8 aircraft for this route. In conjunction with Luanda, the service will enhance connectivity to the Angolan capital, increasing flight frequency from once-weekly to four times per week. Qatar Airways emphasizes that this route will establish a new access point for international travel from Africa to China, Europe, and the Indian subcontinent, utilizing Doha as a central hub. Kinshasa will become the 29th African destination in Qatar Airways' extensive network.
